Our Commitments
WHO ARE WE?
CraftBarn Co is an online store offering a wide selection of everyday products at accessible prices. Our catalog brings together practical items for your home, garden and daily life, with clear product information and available options to help you choose.
Competitive prices
Our aim is to make useful everyday finds accessible. Product pages show the current price, available options and eligible bundle offers. Where a comparison price is displayed, the savings shown are calculated against that price. Your selected items and applicable discounts can be reviewed in the cart.
Delivery information
Our eligible Get 2 and Get 3 bundle offers include free standard shipping through the bundle promotion. Delivery eligibility, destinations and estimated timeframes depend on the order and the applicable shipping terms. Please read our Shipping Policy for processing, delivery and tracking information. Delivery estimates are not arrival guarantees.
Secure payment
Payment details are handled by the payment providers shown during checkout. Card numbers are not stored by CraftBarn Co. Use the payment methods offered for your order and review your total before placing it.
30-day returns
Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our existing return terms. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Contact us with your order number before returning an item. The eligibility and return instructions in our Shipping Policy apply.
Security and privacy
We use customer information to operate the store, process orders and provide customer service, as described in our Privacy Policy. That policy explains the information we collect, how it is used and the available privacy choices.
Purchase support
If you need help with a product, order, delivery or return, contact our support team with your order number and the details of your question. We typically reply within 1–2 business days.
