Welcome to Craft Barn Co (“Craft Barn Co,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern craftbarnco.com and related shopping experiences (the “Services”). By browsing, creating an account, or ordering, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract. If you act for an organization, you confirm you can bind it.

2. Orders

Orders are offers to buy and need our acceptance and stock. We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders (fraud, pricing errors, stock). If we cancel after payment, we refund the cancelled items.

3. Pricing and errors

Prices appear at checkout and may change. We may fix pricing, tax, shipping, or description errors. If an error hits your order, we may cancel and refund, or confirm with you first.

4. Handmade goods

Many Craft Barn Co products are handmade or hand-finished. Small differences in color, texture, size, and finish are normal. Those craft variances are not defects, except where consumer law says otherwise. Images are illustrative; screens vary; packaging may change at equal quality.

5. Payment

Pay at checkout with the methods we offer. You confirm you’re allowed to use that method. Processors handle cards; we don’t store full card numbers.

6. Shipping and risk

Options, costs, and estimates are in checkout or the Shipping Policy. Dates are estimates. Title and risk pass when the carrier takes the parcel, unless mandatory law says otherwise. You must give a complete, accurate address.

7. Returns

Returns follow the Shipping Policy. Email support@craftbarnco.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be refunded.

8. Accounts

Keep account info accurate and passwords private. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us about unauthorized use.

9. Intellectual property

Site content (text, graphics, logos, images, software) belongs to Craft Barn Co or licensors. No copying or derivative works without written permission, except personal viewing of pages as shown.

10. Prohibited use

No misuse: no unauthorized access, no attacks on security, no harmful scraping, no false info, no illegal use.

11. Disclaimer

Except where law forbids, Services and products are “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties including merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

12. Liability limit

To the fullest extent allowed, Craft Barn Co’s total liability for the Services or a purchase is capped at what you paid for the item at issue. No indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Indemnity

You indemnify Craft Barn Co for claims from your misuse, Terms breaches, or third-party rights violations, except our willful misconduct.

14. Governing law

United States and New York law, except mandatory consumer laws of your home country.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after posting means you accept the new Terms.
